November 2009 P.Diddy celebrated his 40th Birthday at the Plaza Hotel in NY and I was excited to be there. The girls & I had a blast. Upon other many celebrities Jay Z attended and his guest was a blonde hair Beyonce look alike. We had no idea who this chic was but it was all over the blogs the next day that the boss of Roc Nation mistress attended the party with him. Goes to show that people love gossip and starting rumors because the blonde beauty was London artist Rita Ora

It took me awhile to register who this sassy young phenom is, however once I caught wind I became in love with her image. No wonder Jay Z signed her to his label. She grew up in London and in 2007 was featured on Craig Davids track “Awkward”. In 2009 she made a cameo on Jay Z video “Forever Young” and he quietly signed her to Roc Nation and was featured in the Roc Nation Skull Candy Aviator headphones (those headphones are fab! much sexier than beatsbydre).  Once I find a new Egotistic Chic to lust over she reigns on the blog. Get use to seeing images of Rita Ora
